Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - Cancellation within 3 days prior to the appointment and no show clients will be charged the full appointment cost. - Clients 30 minutes late to the appointment will automatically be cancelled and full appointment cost will be charged. - Failure to send remaining balance and client will be banned from any future bookings. Reschedulling - Rescheduling is only possible 2 weeks before your appointment maximum. anything later than that, DP will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit - Rescheduling can be made on your customer account.
