Ms Ash is the passionate force behind Ash Luxe Nails, a thriving business she built from the ground up to support her family at a young age. What started as a personal journey to break her nail-biting habit eventually turned into a full-blown career—one she never initially intended to pursue.

With a background in Fine Arts from UP Diliman, Ashley’s eye for detail and creativity naturally carried over into her nail work. She trained extensively in Russian manicure techniques, both online and in-person, refining her craft through various international schools. Today, she not only delivers premium nail services but also mentors her trainees to uphold the same level of excellence, ensuring that every client at Ash Luxe receives nothing but the best.

Once a corporate girly, Cheska made the bold move to leave the 9-to-5 world behind and fully embrace her creative side. Her passion for perfecting her craft shines through in her work, especially in her specialty: flawless solid color painting that elevates even the simplest look into a statement of luxury.

Our Studio Policies

To ensure you receive the full Ash Luxe experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows for a relaxed check-in and helps us stay on time for all clients.

Late arrivals will incur the following fees:

10 minutes late – ₱350
15 minutes late – ₱400
20 minutes late – ₱450
25 minutes late – ₱500
30 minutes late – Appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the full cost will be charged

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in valuing both your time and ours.

To protect the time and preparation dedicated to each appointment, we’ve put the following policies in place:

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed 10 days from your original appointment date, other wise your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit shall be made if you wish to set a new appointment.

Last minute rescheduling will be considered a last minute cancellation and will forfeit DP.

Cancellations Within 3 Days

Cancellations made within 3 days prior to your appointment will forfeit deposit made.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also forfeit deposit..

Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the full appointment cost will be charged. Failure to send remaining balance and client will be banned from any future bookings.

No Downpayment, No Booking

All appointments require a confirmed downpayment of P2,500 to secure your slot. This deposit is only refundable 3 days post booking or 2 weeks prior to appointment date. Unpaid bookings will automatically be cancelled to accommodate clients on the waitlist.

To ensure a smooth and personalized experience, please follow the steps below when booking your appointment:

1. Choose Your Nail Master & Service

Select your preferred Nail Master, then pick your service and ideal appointment date.

2. Complete the Booking Form

Fill out the form with your details and upload a clear photo of your current nails along with proof of downpayment.

3. Wait for Email Confirmation

Once reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to secure your slot.

4. Arrive On Time

Please show up pomptly for your appointment to enjoy the full Ash Luxe experience without delays.

No Companion Policy

To maintain a calm, focused, and hygienic environment, we politely request that clients come alone to their appointment.
Only those with a scheduled booking will be allowed inside the studio.

Parking

We have a private parking space you can request for at least a day before your appointment. We will be asking for your car details for the parking endorsement. Details sent a few minutes before the appointment may result to tardiness, hence a late fee will be charged ontop of appointment cost.
